Yoli One on One Personal Trainer/Fitness Consultant –

As your Personal Fitness Consultant, Yoli will meet with One on One to put you thought a personal training session or a consultation ( It will depend on your goal ) You will be given workout homework for the week before each meeting. You will learn and understand how your body works. As part of this program you are welcome to attend the group workouts.

Disciplines : Triathlon, Duathlon, Running, Swimming, Cycling ( Road) , Strength and Conditioning, Weight management and Sport Nutrition, Training plan Design.

Why Personal Training ?

This is a great program for those of you need specific help on sport specific technique ( improve your swim stroke, learn to swim , focus on efficient running, etc) Also for those who need motivation and be pushed to get started.  Your session is tailored for your goals and  adjusted to body’s response to training. You must be ready to make the commitment.

Where and when will the workouts take place :

*At your home or a set place depending on your goals and training sessions

* Times, Dates and days will be set at least one month in advance to fit yours and Coach Yoli’s  availability.


$100 X Personal training session  ( additional $15 per person if doing a Group Personal Training session – Maximum 4 people in a group)

$85 / Personal training session for current YTT Team Members
