Personal Fitness Consultant
(January 2012 – November 2012)
As your Personal Fitness Consultant, Yoli will meet with One on One to put you thought a workout (just a like personal trainer) The workouts will depend on your goal. You will be given workout homework for the week before each meeting. You will learn and understand how your body works. As part of this program you are welcome to attend the group workouts.
Minimum 4 months commitment with a minimum of 2 sessions per month
( unless you are a member of the Personal Coach Team or Womens Training Team)
*This can be shared with one other friend as long as both of you have similar goals.>
* If you are part of the personal Coaching program or the Womens MultiSport Team – you can sign up for a personal session without any minimum restriction at $65/session if you are a member of the Personal Coach Team Or $75/session if you are a member of the Womens Training Team

This is a great program for those of you that are ready to commit to changing your life, Improving your health and those of you who need motivation to get started. Schedules will be set one month in advance. Your workouts are constantly adjusted to body’s response to training and goals. You must be ready to make the commitment.
Suggested Goals for this Program:
General Fitness and health– Design an exercise program for you. Mix all components of fitness: strength, aerobic, flexibility.
Swim – work on your technique, learn to swim, etc
Running – Any Goal form work, race specific, set heart rate numbers, etc
Cycling – Any goal – equipment measurement, testing, technique, etc
Aerobic and Strength Training (core, conditioning).
Consultation -motivation, nutrition, set up home gym, etc…
Where and when will the workouts take place :
*At your home or at a set place depending on your goal and workout
* Times, Dates and days will be set at least one month in advance to fit yours and Yolis availability.
*You are welcome to attend the group workouts at no additional fee.
