Women’s Multi Sport Team
Denver & Boulder ( February 2012-October 2012 )
The Women’s MultiSport Team is created to help, guide and coach women towards a healthier lifestyle. We use endurance sports and together we set athletic goals for each individual based on her fitness level. The Word MultiSport is used because we will train you for different endurance sports. You choose. If you are ready to improve your health, improve your quality of life and make a commitment to yourself and to us…then fill out application(see below) and be ready for a life transformation.
Specialties:
*Running Team – 5k to half Marathon (All Levels) * Please see the Personal Coach Program if you want to be competitive or train for a marathon.
*Triathlon/Duathlon Team –Sprint to Half Iron Distances (All levels) *Please see Personal Coach Program if you want to be competitive or train for the Iron distances.
*Cycling Team – 40k to Century (All levels) *Please see Personal Coach Program if you want to be
a competitive athlete.
How will the Team Work :
*Coached group training sessions– Depending on your goal the coach will recommend you to attend certain weekly workouts. You will have a choice between 3-4 training sessions per week. The workouts will be a mixture of swim, bike, run and other general fitness workouts. We will run outdoors through the winter. We will have indoor trainer sessions and go outdoors when the weather is safe and nice.
*Monthly Training plan. You will have access to a general training plan designed for your goal distance with suggested workouts for you to do when you cannot attend. The plans have been designed following a well proven training philosophy. You will receive a password for your plan.
* Specialty Talk every 6-7 weeks. You will have a choice to come and listen to a talk on training, nutrition, motivation, etc.
*Rehearsals. You will have a choice to come and join a “Rehearsal”. The goal is to actually practice
what you are training for – like the real thing. We will offer at least 2 rehearsals.
* Additonal one on one consultation or personal training sessions available at $75/Session if you need to personalize your plan. No restrictions
Setting a goal :
*Our group consists of women between the ages of 25and 75 years old. All levels, all sizes, all goals.
*First and most important goal is to improve your quality of life and exercise. Then we can come up with an athletic goal together. If you need help or advice in deciding if this is the team for you, please contact Yoli
When will the weekly workouts be and where :
*We will have workouts in Denver and Boulder – As team member you are welcome to attend any of them.
*Boulder sessions will most likely will look like (*We will have the calendar up and running by January 15,2112)
Sundays am (somewhere between 9-12)
Tuesdays ( mid mornings and or mid day and Evenings (4:30-8 ))
Fridays (mid mornings and or mid day and Evenings (4:30-7 )
* We will use CU pool and city of Boulder pools, will run at different places like Boulder Rez, East Boulder, North Boulder and will ride a various places in and around Boulder.
* Denver sessions will most likely will look like (*We will have the calendar up and running by January 15,2112)
Saturdays am (9-12) and possible some Sundays or Saturdays pm. (1:30-4)
Mondays ( Mornings and/or mid day and evenings )
Weds (Mornings, mid day and Evenings )
*We will use a mixture of places to train : DU ( Denver University ) Pool, Metro Pool , possibly others. Wash Park, south high school track , cherry creek state park, bear creek state park, chatfield reservoir.
Price: You will have choices depending on how committed you are.

Price $299 for the Outdoor season (May 26th to October 21st) The outdoor season simply means, we will be training outdoors at all times and we will have open water swim sessions. *Fee must be paid all at once. If you need a payment plan please contact us
Price $75/ Personal Fitness Consultant – If you need to personalize your plan or a specific training sessions. No restrictions.

| If we have enough space, you may do a drop in and pay drop in fees at certain regular workouts ($15 per workout). You may also participate at the rehearsals for a $45 fee. When we are offering a “Clinic” for a specific workout the fee will be $30 per workout. |
