YTT’s ( Yoli’s ┬áTraining Team ) programs will provide the structure, support and expertise needed to reach your fitness goals. YTT strives to help emerging and experienced athletes develop and achieve their goals.

The Team offers training for athletes of all levels and backgrounds. YTT programs cover training for specific goals related to duathlons, triathlons, running, cycling events and general physical fitness.

YTT’s athletes range in ability from those who have never competed in a triathlon to national champions who are among the top 15 women in world age group competition, and top 10 women national age group competition. Some athletes don’t compete at all but enjoy the Team’s general fitness program and the support of others in meeting fitness goals.

Coach Yoli offers sport specific training plans for Triathlons (Sprint to Ironman), Duathlon, Running (5K to Marathon), Cycling (Road Only) and general fitness goals.
